Crafting a brochure that brings Oakwrights’ timber-framed homes to life

BROCHURE DESIGN I BRANDING I PRINT DESIGN

When Oakwrights came to us, they were already renowned for their timber-framed homes, but wanted a way to share their story beyond the houses. Poems was a brand-new coffee-table brochure bringing together interviews, case studies and articles capturing the craftsmanship, personality and expertise behind the company.

The Problem:

Brochures that didn’t reflect the homes:

Previous brochures didn’t capture the quality, care, and craftsmanship of Oakwrights’ timber-framed homes, leaving a disconnect between the brand and the premium houses they built.

Missed storytelling opportunities:

There was a wealth of insight, projects, and personality behind the business that wasn’t being shared - interviews, case studies, and articles were missing from the narrative.

A need for a cohesive experience:

Without a high-quality, well-designed brochure, the brand wasn’t fully reflecting the reputation and expertise Oakwrights had earned over the years.

The Solution:

A brochure that tells their story:

We designed Poems - a coffee table-style brochure that captures the heart of Oakwrights. Full of interviews, case studies, and stories from the team, it gives readers a real sense of the craftsmanship and care behind every home.

A design that reflects their quality:

High-end finishes, considered layouts, and beautifully curated photography ensure the brochure feels as premium as the homes themselves.

A unified, lasting impression:

Poems doesn’t just showcase Oakwrights’ work, it positions them exactly where they should be: at the top of their craft, with a brand experience that matches their reputation.

We’ve had fantastic feedback from clients, and the work has made a real impact. Simon is great to work with, he is thoughtful, reliable, and highly attuned to the brief. He brings valuable perspective, asking the right questions and constructively challenging ideas to ensure the final result truly delivers.
